Dr Lee Jeffery completed her undergraduate training at the UNSW, and moved to Wagga in 1997. She has worked in and around Wagga since that time, starting as an intern and completing her fellowship of General Practice in this region before settling here as a GP.
Whilst Dr Jeffery has additional skills in anaesthetics, as well as interests in Women’s and Children’s health, general family medicine and mental health, she is passionate about providing quality “cradle to grave” care to her patients across the entire spectrum of life. She will often talk to the registrars and medical students about how the variety of general practice is one of its unique joys, but also the challenge of the specialty.
Within the local community, Lee is a long-term supporter of Country Hope. In her spare time, she enjoys netball (at both an armchair, and very social level), catching up with family and friends and generally pottering around.
